Are your products edible?

Unfortunately not. None of the items we use are edible.

Can I provide my own shoe?

Yes of course! If you already have a shoe that you would like to see one of our designs on, send us a email to shoebakeryco@gmail.com with Subject "Bake My Shoes" and we will inform you of the process.

Do you have child sizes?

At this time we have a limited amount of child sizes in our Unicorn Booties. We are currently working on more shoes for kids so they will be available soon.

What is your Return Policy?

If your shoes do not fit, you can return or exchange them. 

You can return your shoes within 30 days from the date it's delivered.

Any shoes you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Please contact us via email at shoebakeryco@gmail.com and we will issue you a free return label.

Once we receive your shoes we will issue a refund or start the process of your new size.

How Do I Care for Your Products

• Make sure to store your shoes away from direct sunlight and extreme heat

• Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces

• Please make sure to keep shoes out of reach from pets 

Do you Wholesale your products?

Yes we do wholesale. If interested, please email us at shoebakeryco@gmail.com with Wholesale in subject.

Do you ship shoes worldwide?

Yes.

What is the price for shipping?

International shipping ranges from $20-$60 depending on the weight of the product and your location.

Domestic ranges from as little as $6-$20 depending on weight and your location.

How long does it take before I receive my order?

Most of our made to order shoes take approximately 5-8 weeks plus shipping time. For our flats it takes 2-3 days to ship. 

International Shipping

If shipping internationally, be prepared for extra fees and delays

For International orders we recommend that you contact your customs official and/or local post office prior to purchase to determine if there will be any additional import fees or other restrictions placed on your merchandise. Our international shipping charges do not include country's duty, tax or custom fees. 

We will not falsely report on an item's value to help you avoid these fees.

Do you offer bigger sizes?

At this time we only offer the sizes available on the website. You do have the option of sending in your shoes and we can ''bake'' them for you depending on the design requested. If interested in sending in your shoes please send a email to shoebakeryco@gmail.com Subject "Bake My Shoes"
