Easy Returns & Exchanges

If your shoes do not fit, you can return or exchange them. You can return your shoes within 30 days after receiving your package, and 60 days for any other product. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. For shoes and other select items that are handmade to order for each client, Shoe Bakery reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee, in addition to the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive your shoes we will issue a refund or start the process of your new size
