Easy Returns & Exchanges
If your shoes do not fit, you can return or exchange them. You can return your shoes within 30 days after receiving your package. Your shoes must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
If you want to cancel a new order that is over 10 days old their will be a 10% fee.
Please contact us via email at shoebakeryco@gmail.com and we will issue you a free return label.
Once we receive your shoes we will issue a refund or start the process of your new size.

Shipping Information
International shipping ranges from $30-$60 depending on the weight of the product and your location.
Domestic ranges from as little as $7-$20 depending on weight and your location.

For International orders we recommend that you contact your customs official and/or local post office prior to purchase to determine if there will be any additional import fees or other restrictions placed on your merchandise. Our international shipping charges do not include country's duty, tax or custom fees.
We will not falsely report on an item's value to help you avoid these fees.
